This land is surrounded by tourist hotels namely Lankawathara Hotel, Aqua beach cabanas, Madara beach hotel. There is a lake close to the land (Raigam Salt natural lake). You can enjoy the view of the lanka and also there is a separate reservation to ride boats in the lake.
ü There is a natural turtle birth organization where new born turtles are sent to the sea in the evening which has been a tourist attraction in the area.
ü There is a highway which is quite close to the land. Using the highway, it would now only take around 2 hours to go to the Katunayaka airport. There is also a Hambantota airport and harbor.
ü From the land it would take approximately 1 and a half hours to Elle (Little England). It would also take approximately half an hour from land for Yala safari after using the highway.
ü There are many religious temples and ancient sanctuaries. There are many benefits for foreigners to see and live in. Quite a paradise. You can get fresh fish in the early morning.
ü Only around 100m to the beach and takes only a 2-minute walk. A carpeted road leads to the land. All utility facilities are available. Commercial and residential area. Evening sunset View on the sea. Next to my land a german lady is managing a quite good hotel.
