❖ Experience in Computer Network & Security Systems
❖ Ability to Troubleshoot / Solve, Complex IT Issues of the Center
❖ Knowledge in Setting Up, Soft Phones / Dialers and VOIP etc.
❖ Maintaining the CRM, Data and Handling Reports Independently
