LOCATION
This factory is situated in an Eco friendly environment down Noori road within the Deraniyagala town limits about 20 Km from Avisawella town ,about two hours drive from Colombo & is situated with close proximity to banks, hospitals, places of worship, the post office etc, it is close to most of the towns along the Colombo-Hatton highway, from this location.
DESCRIPTION
The factory consists of a two storied building with a total floor area of 30,000 sq.ft, the ground floor consists of a ware house with a printing section (with dying license) & two washrooms, the upper floor consists of a factory area with machines including a packing & stitching area, twenty male/female washrooms.
FACILITIES
The factory consists of a wide approach roadway with container access with parking facilities for about twenty vehicles, has three phase electricity supply with 250 KVA transformer & a 350 KVA standby generator, has pipe borne water supply with a 10,000 Ltre capacity water sump & a 5000 Ltre capacity overhead tank, all of the outer doors & windows are fitted with powder coated Aluminum frames, currently it is operational with 125 machines (with provisions to be increased to 300 machines), consists of waiting room for visitors, kitchen, canteen & a water treatment plant, has high room ceiling with ample lighting & Amano roofing with heat protected Glass wool.
The factory consists of renewable certification of manufacturing according to International standards.
